David Westmoreland is the Managing Director of Inspired Property Investment Consultants, overseeing and directing the development and expansion of this very dynamic and exciting company as well as providing an incomparable service to his clients.

David has extensive sales and marketing experience at both management and operational levels and has worked for over 14 years in senior management and director roles for major PLC’s. He started his career as management trainee with Diageo (previously Guinness Group).

Well know in the Portuguese property market, David has enjoyed a high profile and gained a reputation as a respected property professional with over 22 years real estate experience in the Algarve and on the Silver Coast.

David’s business portfolio includes B&P Real Estate Agency based in Lagos. B&P are the largest agency in the western Algarve selling a property every 48 hours consistently for the last 12 years. Resort Rentals Algarve is the one of the largest rental and management agencies in the Algarve, managing and renting over 250 properties and selling approximately 2000 holidays a year. Lagos Long Lets is the only residential letting agency in the western Algarve, renting around 100 properties to expat clients moving to Portugal. Belo Efeito UK is a small property investment company with assets in the UK & Portugal.

The newest introduction to the Inspired Groups portfolio is Inspired Accounting. A Portuguese Accountancy Company focused on delivering creative, professional planning to a wide range of clients and businesses.

David’s track record is evidence of his success. He worked for 4 years as the Sales Director for the Western Algarve’s leading Developer, The Vigia Group, managing sales at their 8 award winning resorts and also for The Beltico Group who owned and operated the Silver Coast’s 5-star golf and beach resort of Praia d’El Rey and consultancy work for Campo Real, Oceanico Group & Pestana Group. As well as conducting feasibility studies for Palmares golf resort prior to the sale to Kronos Group. David’s professional, enthusiastic and dedicated manner, coupled with his ability to communicate and develop a rapport has contributed to his professional achievements. He possesses an ability to “read” people accurately and communicate with them accordingly, which proves an invaluable asset to any business. Dedicated and determined he maintains a passion for the property industry that is evident in each and every project he manages.
